See Maluma and J Balvin Imitate Each Other in Qu Pena Video

Colombian reggaeton stars Maluma and J Balvin have joined forces for a new single Qu Pena. The upbeat track is the first collaboration for the pair, who teased the single earlier this month on Instagram.

In the slick new music video, Maluma and Balvin take turns imitating each others Instagram personas: Maluma shouts into his phone, This is for the culture man! Para la cultura! Meanwhile, Balvin smooches himself in the mirror and purrs, Maluma, baby. Mamacita.

They later encounter each other on the dance floor of a swanky nightclub exchanging a few moves, as well as verses about forgetting a hookup partners name. Produced by Sky Rompiendo, the Spanish-language track lets loose a swaggering beat as the duo croons, Que yo no lo recuerde no te quita lo buena, or, What I dont remember doesnt take away the good!

Malumas most recent album, 11:11, dropped in May. The album features collaborations with Madonna, Ricky Martin, Ty Dolla $ign; Maluma would also pair up with Madonna for her Madame X single Medelln. He is currently out on his North American 11:11 Tour, which wraps November 9th in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and will include stops at Madison Square Garden and The Forum.

Balvin released his own collaborative album earlier this year with Bad Bunny called Oasis. The duo recently performed their track Qu Pretendes at the MTV VMAs. While between stops on his current Arcoiris U.S. tour, Balvin responded to the contentious Latin Grammys nominations with an Instagram post of a crossed out gramophone. He wrote, Sin reggaeton, hay no Latin Grammy. (Without reggaeton, there are no Latin Grammys.)
