Winkler, who played the Fonz on Happy Days and, most recently, Barry Zuckerkorn onArrested Development, is the second big name Parks has pulled for its upcoming season, with Kristen Bell set to portray uptight city councilwoman from neighboring Eagleton who first encounters Amy Poehlers character, Leslie Knope, at a high school basketball game (that episode is slated to air in October).
Parks and Recreation has scored a number of top notch guest spots in its past few seasons: Last year, Jason Schwartzman appeared as a snobby video store owner, while Jonathan Banks ofBreaking Badwas cast as the father of Knopes then-fianc, Ben Wyatt (Adam Scott). The show has also included a number of high-profile political cameos, including Newt Gingrich, Sens. John McCain, Olympia Snowe and Barbra Boxer, and even Knopes D.C. crush, Vice President Joe Biden.
